Vintage Adjustable Ring Glass Cabochon in Flower & Heart Setting

Unique vintage oval ring with a neat setting that features a heart on one side and a flower on the other. This was acquired with a missing stone. I replaced it with a vintage glass cabochon. It has a great look and sparkle!
This is adjustable and about a 7.75 currently.
The gold tone is worn and looks lighter in tone than it probably once was.
Love this piece.
